Return Policy

At MetroShop, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your sneakers, clothes, or hair products, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.


General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Hair products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair products (e.g., wigs, extensions, styling tools) cannot be returned once opened or used.
    • Sale items: Items marked as final sale or purchased on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Customized items: Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:
    • Please email our customer service team at [pdgedouard@metroshop.store] or use the Contact Us page on our website to initiate a return request.
    • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
    • Please note that we cannot accept returns without a valid RA number.
  3. Package the Item:
    • Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
    • Be sure to include any accessories, instructions, and tags that came with the product.
    • Make sure the RA number is visible on the return package.
  4. Ship the Item Back:
    • You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
    • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
    • Send your return package to the address provided in your RA instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
  • Please send photos of the damaged or defective product along with your return request to help us process your claim quickly.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to sizing issues or personal preference, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Free return shipping: In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide you with a prepaid return label for free return shipping.

International Returns

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that duties and taxes incurred during international shipping are non-refundable.
  • You must declare the item as a “Return” to avoid additional customs fees.
